As part of its ongoing commitment to fostering innovation and applied research, the ESTIN Incubator successfully held the second day of its training workshop, featuring a high-impact session entitled:
“From Lab to Production: Milk Quality”, delivered by Prof. SOUADIH Kamel, AI Expert.

This session provided participants with valuable insights into the practical integration of artificial intelligence within the agri-food sector, with a particular focus on milk quality assessment.
