Submission Guidelines :
1. Paper submission
· Papers must be original and not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
· Accepted publications are full papers of at least 12 pages, including tables, figures, and references. A limited number of short papers of at least 6 pages will also be accepted.
· English is the official language of the conference. All manuscripts must be written in English and checked for grammar and language errors.
· The Latex template for the conference proceedings are available in the conference website.
· All proposed papers should be submitted electronically as PDF via the following link: https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/C2I2A2024
· Papers submitted after the submission due date will be rejected.
2. Abstract poster submission
· Abstracts should be submitted as PDF via the following link:
https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/C2I2A2024 .
· Ensure that the abstract is properly formatted and organized according to the poster abstract template, which can be downloaded from the conference website.
· Abstracts should not include illustrations, images, or graphs. These elements may be included in the on-site presentations if the abstract is accepted.
· Each abstract should be submitted only once. Duplicate abstracts (reporting the same data) under different titles or authors will not be accepted.
· Abstracts must not be under consideration for publication in any other journal or conference.
· An internal panel will review the submitted abstracts.
· There is no fee for submitting an abstract.
All accepted submissions will be presented at the conference, either orally or as posters, and included in the online conference proceedings at ceur-ws.org.
