ESTIN proudly highlights a new scientific achievement by Dr. Abderrahim BOUACH, researcher and faculty member representing ESTIN and the LITAN Laboratory, through a publication in the internationally renowned journal Communications in Nonlinear Science and Numerical Simulation, published by Elsevier.
Entitled âThe Fractional Sweeping Processâ, this research work, conducted in collaboration with T. Haddad and I. Kecis, introduces a significant advancement in the field of non-regular dynamical systems and fractional mathematics.
In applied mathematics and engineering, certain complex systems do not follow conventional smooth models due to their irregular behavior. To address this challenge, the researchers developed a new variant of Moreauâs Sweeping Process, opening new perspectives for mathematical modeling and scientific analysis.
This contribution stands out through several major achievements:
- The development of an enhanced version of the Fractional Gronwallâs Inequality, a fundamental mathematical tool widely used in modern analysis;
- Potential applications in advanced electronic components, particularly fractional-order capacitors used in next-generation electrical circuits;
- The use of a refined âCatching-up Algorithm,â enabling the proof of existence and uniqueness of solutions in highly complex mathematical settings.
Through this publication, Dr. Abderrahim BOUACH further strengthens ESTINâs growing presence in the international scientific community and demonstrates the institutionâs commitment to high-level research and innovation.
ESTIN extends its sincere congratulations to Dr. Abderrahim BOUACH for this remarkable scientific accomplishment and wishes him continued success in his future research endeavors.
